    Amit Mahajan

    CEO & Founder - Phoenix Group

    Amit founded Phoenix Innovations, LLC., in 2016. Under his leadership, Phoenix has focused on two principal aims – solving critical problems faced in reverse logistics and supply chain space innovatively and using the power of artificial intelligence, IoT, and Big Data to simplify this domain.

     

    Before founding Phoenix Innovations, he was the CEO and Founder of Xcaliber Technologies. He led Xcaliber Technologies to invent the “SmartChk Diagnostics” solution. SmartChk has been globally implemented in the telecom sector. In March 2016, the SmartChk product portfolio and Xcaliber Technologies LLC were divested.

     

    Amit focused on creating Phoenix Innovations as the most admired company in the reverse logistics domain at this critical juncture.

     

    As a leader of the Phoenix Group, which constitutes Phoenix Innovations LLC, Griffyn Robotech Pvt, Ltd, Xcaliber Infotech Pvt. Ltd., and Bit Mapper Integration Technologies, Amit inspires his colleagues to innovate new ideas in their practice and workplace. In addition, he started the “Patent” drive, which motivates talents in the organization to earn patents in their names.

     

    Amit established Griffyn Robotech Pvt. Ltd. in 2018 and has successfully transformed the organization into an AI Innovation company that manufactures cutting-edge Robotic and IIoT Products across several industries and automates their value chain. Griffyn is a partner of major automotive and manufacturing companies across India.

     

    With an unwavering commitment to innovation, Amit has extended his visionary leadership to the defence sector through Bit Mapper Integration Technologies. Amit’s unique ability to identify and address critical challenges is driving transformative change, enhancing efficiency, and elevating the capabilities of defence systems.

     

    Amit earned his bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Along with his career, Amit has played several critical roles in organizations such as Syntel Software, Alltel Telecommunications, Cingular Wireless, and Capgemini. An innovator, philanthropist, and motorcycle enthusiast, Amit enjoys long bike rides in the mountains.

    Kaustubh Karnik

    Vice President - Offshore Delivery

    Kaustubh serves in the role of Offshore Delivery management at Xcaliber Infotech Pvt. Ltd. He oversees the product development as well as services initiatives at Xcaliber. He is also responsible for developing and managing the overall service delivery strategy and operations for the company supporting the expansive growth of the organization.

     

    With over 25+ years of experience in IT, Kaustubh started as a keen programmer and propagated to fulfill various progressive roles in this field. Kaustubh’s knowledge in multiple geographies and cultures and his communication skills help bridge the onsite-offshore gaps quickly. As a designer and architect, Kaustubh was responsible for the release of various applications. In addition, he oversaw the project and delivery management of multiple projects, ensuring both client and employee satisfaction for the organizations he represented.

     

    In his last role, Kaustubh was responsible for leading several initiatives for the CEO’s office to fuel new business growth and the existing accounts. In addition to the corporate strategy responsibilities, he also led sales enablement, analytics, and corporate branding and analyst relations.

     

    An avid practitioner of Yoga, Kaustubh pursues interests in reading social history and non-fiction.

    Sharath Bantwal

    Senior Director (Products)

    Sharath drives Product development and innovation at Phoenix. He has over 25 years of experience in Cloud Operations Mgmt., Systems & Application Performance monitoring, Data Protection (Storage), and ITSM/ITOM product domains.

     

    In his past roles, he has led core Engineering, Customer Experience, and SAAS Operations teams in Managerial as well Technical Capacity for Start-ups and Enterprise Software companies.

     

    He is an alumnus of NIT Surathkal, India, and has an MS from SJSU, CA, USA.

     

    He is an intermediate-level Yoga Practitioner and enjoys playing Badminton, Run, Swim, or Hike when time permits.

    Vice President

    With unparalleled expertise spanning two decades, Archana stands as a remarkable architect renowned for her artistry in shaping intricate products. In addition to her technical skills, strong communication skills are evident in her management of prospects and customer interactions.

     

    Archana’s certification as an AWS Solutions Architect highlights her specialization in Cloud consulting and migrating existing complex corporate ecosystems to the cloud. This demonstrates her ability to stay current with industry trends and leverage cutting-edge technologies to benefit the company and its clients.

     

    Archana is a proud alumna of Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), where she graduated in Computer Science and Engineering, igniting her journey toward unparalleled mastery.

    Anil Kumar

    Vice President - Technology

    Anil, an alumnus of IIT Varanasi with a B-Tech degree, embodies a profound passion for problem-solving through coding. With a rich background as a software architect, he has orchestrated the creation of numerous products designed to address real-world challenges.

     

    With an entrepreneurial spirit that runs deep, Anil is dedicated to crafting efficient, optimal, scalable software solutions. His relentless pursuit of technological advancement has led him to delve into cutting-edge domains, including cloud computing and mastery of AWS, to build forward-looking solutions.

     

    His visionary prowess lies in constructing solutions and methodologies that harness prevailing industry trends. At the helm of this journey, Anil has skillfully guided a team of adept developers, product managers, and industry experts.

    Ameya Kandalkar

    Vice President - Global Strategic Initiatives

    Ameya is responsible for strategy development, analysis, and planning to achieve business growth, perform market entry and expansion, develop other strategic initiatives related to clients and services, and revenue-focused initiatives across business units. His primary responsibilities include leading workstreams and overseeing reporting and processes to advance business initiatives. Ameya has made significant contributions to the growth of Phoenix Innovations, Xcaliber Infotech, Bit Mapper Integration Technologies, and Griffyn Robotech, performing this role since May 2016.

     

    In his most recent endeavor, Ameya has taken on a new and exciting challenge as he spearheads the defence industry engagement for Bit Mapper. Leveraging his extensive experience in strategy development, market analysis, and business growth, Ameya is now focused on driving strategic initiatives within the defence sector.

     

    Before this, he was part of the Global implementation team and was closely involved in many SmartChk deployments across the United States, Europe, and the Asia Pacific.

     

    Before joining Phoenix Group, Ameya served as Manager – SLA Management, Penalty Management/ MIS at Tata Communications Payment Solutions Ltd. from 2008 to 2013. He was responsible for the design, architecture, and process framework for data analytics and reporting – Business Operations.

     

    He has exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with his colleagues. As a V.P. of Global Strategic Initiatives, Ameya is responsible for gathering and providing insights and rationale for various business decisions and requisite financial and operational data. He is a highly inventive, progressive, and customer-focused professional with solid project management and problem-solving skills.

     

    Ameya has a Bachelor in Computer Applications from Mumbai University. Ameya is a sports and music lover. He likes spending his free time playing cricket or badminton or listening to music.
